About the owner
Expert level skill and family level treatment
Jeff Pearce, owner and founder of Pearce Home Comfort moved to Sonoma California with his wife, Alissa Pearce in 1999 where they raised their two daughters, Hayden and Jaymee. The Pearces quickly became active members of Sonoma's community through school, athletics, and work. Jeff became a fixture in Sonoma. He coached his daughters for years in community sports, volunteered as president of the recreational softball league, played local sports himself, and of course, he became the go-to guy for everyone's HVAC needs in the process.
Jeff began his HVAC career in 2002 working for a Marin-based company. He went on to become a licenced HVAC contractor in 2006 before founding Pearce Home Comfort that same year. At its conception, the company was just Jeff but today it is a team of reliable HVAC professionals, in addition to the entire Pearce family. Jeff alone has over two decades of HVAC experience. Most of those have been spent servicing Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties as an expert level contractor.
Whether Jeff is volunteering in the community, or repairing your thermostat his ultimate goal is the same; to help the people around him. As the extroverted, dad-joke-making man that he is, his favorite part of the job is meeting you, his new clients. When you hire Jeff you can always expect service with a smile. Jeff was creative in looking for a solution when another respected local contractor had told me my whole unit had to be replaced. And since the unit is on a roof, it would have required a crane and been very expensive! Jeff thought out of the box and found what was causing the problem. Jeff was amazing in saving our day for sure! Our A/C broke with important guests in town and he was able to fit us in and repair the problem on the same day. He was recommended by our neighborhood Property Owners Assn. and we are so thankful we found him. An excellent resource for HVAC repairs when everyone else didn't call us back, or couldn't service us for weeks. Thanks Jeff--you are the best!!
